Management Team

Fred Wu founded DeltaTrak, Inc. in 1989. Mr. Wu is a supply chain industry leader, business entrepreneur and a pioneer in developing real-time cold chain and food safety solutions.

Mr. Wu holds multiple patents related to unique technology, including a single use, in-transit temperature recorder that was the first product which launched DeltaTrak in 1989 and a patented firmware that guarantees the reliable and secure collection of cold chain temperature data, called ‘Shadow Logging’. Recently Mr. Wu received a major patent that establishes a new method of enhancing supply chain efficiencies. The Chain of Custody ecosystem patent integrates both product quality and commercial data that provides real time end to end visibility and traceability.

Mr. Wu has a diverse international background in engineering, product development, and worked in the medical device and instrumentation field for American Hospital Supply, IVAC Corporation, a pioneer of clinical electronic thermometers, and Camino Laboratories, a fiber optic medical technology startup company. He is on the Board of several technology companies including Incrypton, Dapicon, DataMark and is an active angel investor in Silicon Valley.

Mr. Wu attended the University of Southern California and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Finance.

Steve joined DeltaTrak in 2020 in the position of Chief Financial Officer for the DeltaTrak Corporate Group. He has previously worked for DeltaTrak in 1998 - 2000 as the Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Mr. Stringer is an experienced financial executive and has held the Chief Financial Officer position in a diverse group of public and private organizations in the medical device, software and high-tech industries with significant international operations and M&A growth strategies. Mr. Stringer’s company portfolio included divisions of Eastman Kodak, Corning and Eli Lilly as well as PE backed mid-size, high-growth organizations.

Mr. Stringer attended the University of Southern California and holds a Master of Business Administration and a BBA in Accounting from Boise State University.

In 2023, Sharath became the Chief Technology Officer of DeltaTrak and is currently situated in Pleasanton. He is a technology leader driven by his values and passion, with a history of leading cross-functional teams to create exceptional systems. Before joining DeltaTrak, Sharath co-founded Parkoursc, Inc, where he served as the Vice President of Engineering, and held multiple technical management roles at Paragsoft, Piqqual, Redback, Cirrus Logic. In addition to his interest in nature photography, Sharath is also fond of hiking.

Sharath earned master’s degrees from both Wayne State University in Detroit and the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore [IISC]. Additionally, Sharath has been granted numerous patents.

David joined DeltaTrak in 2021 as the Executive Vice President of US Sales. In his role he is partnering with our customers to create solutions to help them meet their food safety protocols and to ensure their cold chain integrity.

Mr. Porcelli is an experienced cross-functional leader who has led teams across Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Regulatory Compliance. Prior to joining DeltaTrak, Mr. Porcelli held leadership roles in both large and small companies including Heinz, Nestle, L’Oreal, Primo Water, California Scents and The Bu.

Mr. Porcelli attended The College of New Jersey and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Cecilia joined DeltaTrak International in 2002, and was instrumental in setting up the manufacturing company in Shenzhen, China, followed by incorporating and managing DeltaTrak's China domestic sales company, DTI China Ltd. in 2008. Cecilia currently holds the position of Vice President of China Operations.

Cecilia has extensive experience in sales, marketing and administration, working in China's real estate and consumer electronics industries. She also held senior positions as a certified management and operations hotelier with major international brands, Crowne Plaza and Shangri-La hotels & Resorts in China. Over the past several years, she successfully expanded DeltaTrak's Cold Chain and Food safety Solution sales channels in China.

Ms. Sun holds a BA in English Literature from Sichuan International Studies University, and additionally holds a foreign language teaching credential.

Stephen Hibbs, V.P. of Operations for the DeltaTrak Modesto facility, is a graduate of the CAF School of Aerospace Engineering, and has 30+ years of experience in both high volume, and custom manufacturing / service operations for Fortune 500 companies. In previous positions, Steve has been heavily involved in ISO 9000 certification, the implementation of WCM principles, and extensive process automation / maintenance projects.

Robert Bright joined DeltaTrak in 2003 as a Regional Sales Manager and currently holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Sales.

Mr. Bright has over 25 years’ experience providing cold chain logistics solutions. He began his career working at Stires Recording Thermometer Company where he spent 12 years servicing the produce industry. Since joining the DeltaTrak team, Mr. Bright has expanded into several industries including aerospace/chemical, protein, and foodservice. He has completed the UC Davis Postharvest Technology Short Course and HACCP: A Food Safety System.

Doug Thurston was a produce procurement manager for Albertsons for roughly 20 years in various states buying fresh produce from all over the world. He went to work for Bolthouse Farms- the largest carrot shipper in the world and helped them launch their fresh juice line and helped establish them to become the 2nd largest fresh juice shipper in the world. Since then, Thurston went on to become VP of US Sales for PakSens, Emerson, and Copeland for 17 years and since then, has kept a close relationship with retailers to growers across the wide scope of the grocery industry.

 

Alexandra joined DeltaTrak in 2017 and previously held the position of Director International Partner Sales and Health Service Products

Alexandra is a sales and marketing professional who has 7 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as Intuit as well as tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Alexandra attended American University – Washington, DC and holds a degree in Strategic Communication and International Business Marketing.

3 x Founder, Board Member, Mentor, ISCEA Advisor and event speaker skilled in building digital services, market share and cash flow. Currently he is the Chief SaaS Officer of DeltaTrak, a Silicon Valley pioneer of Cold Chain Logistics and is General Manager of UBQ Network, a digital ecosystem and marketplace for the Agri Food industry.

Previously he helped leadership positions at Morpheus Network, a Toronto based SaaS Freight Tech provider, Biis, a Latam cloud based transport platform, and QualityPost, a last mile Logistics firm with 5000 employees. Karl was a recipient of Mexico's innovation award and part of the Mexican delegation to Hannover Messe 2018.

Jeanne joined DeltaTrak in 1993 as a Customer Service Representative and currently holds the positon of Director of Administration.

Jeanne is an experienced administrative professional who has held progressive management positions within the company.  She possesses more than 25 years of experience in the disciplines of human resources, customer service, and accounting.  Prior to joining DeltaTrak, Jeanne worked as a Bank Program Administrator and Production Analyst for John H. Harland Company.

Educated in San Diego, Jeanne has an AS in Business Administration and is a certified Human Resources Professional.

Michelle has over 22 years with DeltaTrak in various positions: Customer Service, Sales Rep, Marketing & Product Manager, Business Development Manager, Marketing Program Manager, Technical Trainer and is currently the Director of Marketing. She has experience working with customers and industry professionals dealing with cold chain management, environmental monitoring, and food safety solutions.

Ms. Alvino received her Master of Science in Instructional Science & Technology from California State University, Monterey Bay, Bachelor of Science in Animal Science, Major in Animal Health, College of Agriculture, University of the Philippines. She has credits of completion for courses in microbiology, anatomy, and physiology from Los Medanos College, Pittsburg, California, UC Davis Postharvest Technology Short Course, certified Food Safety Manager, and certified in GS1 Standards for Food Traceability.

Jonny joined DeltaTrak in 2012 as an Engineering Manager, where he established and supervised a team of engineers based in Hong Kong. He currently holds the position of Engineering Director. Jonny possesses extensive experience in electronic circuit design, MCU firmware, and computer software development. He is fluent in four languages: Cantonese, English, Putonghua, and Hokkien. His profound understanding of both Eastern and Western cultures serves as a bridge within the multinational environment of the company. Jonny excels in providing strategic guidance to engineers, facilitating their professional growth and effectively tackling production and technical challenges with innovative solutions. Mr. Chong holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from The University of Hong Kong, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Anton joined DeltaTrak in 2022 as the Manufacturing Manager and currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Modesto Facility. He is an innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, quality and operations. A former United States Air Force Officer, Anton has refined his leadership style in large and mid-sized companies including aerospace, corrugated packaging, and software firms. Anton earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and his Master of Science in Administration from the University of Delaware and Central Michigan University respectively. He also possesses his Certified Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality.
