Our calibration laboratory is furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and is precisely temperature controlled. All DeltaTrak thermometers are available with factory certificates, and our instruments are tested to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Standards. Our services satisfy record keeping requirements for ISO 9000.

Certificates of calibration include an in-depth summary of the tool, deviations, and any out-of-tolerance conditions. Reminders are sent out 30 days prior to recalibration as part of the service. Each thermometer has a unique serial number for future traceability and reference.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item to DeltaTrak, please read the following:

No returns will be accepted without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#). To obtain the RGA# please contact our Customer Service Department at +32-3-455-61-25 or 800-962-6776 with the reason for the return, date of purchase, and invoice number. Items being returned for credit must be shipped back to DeltaTrak in the original condition as they were received, within 20 Days from date of purchase. The RGA number must be clearly marked on all packages and documents.

The following non-returnable conditions will apply:

  • Custom or special order items.
  • Items with damaged, missing or defaced labels.
  • Instruments that were used beyond the design limits of the product.
  • Instruments exhibiting obvious physical damage.
